The CLARITY Act is a U.S. bill that would make XRP's digital commodity classification permanent federal law. The Senate votes on it September 15. We need 60 senators to say yes. The bigger our numbers, the harder we are to ignore.

Vote NowIt's a bill (H.R. 3633) that officially decides which crypto assets are commodities and which are securities. Commodities go under the CFTC. Securities stay with the SEC. Clear rules, no more guessing.

The House passed the CLARITY Act on July 17, 2025. 78 Democrats crossed the aisle and voted yes. That kind of bipartisan support is rare for any crypto bill.
The Senate Banking Committee voted yes on May 14, 2026. Both the Banking and Agriculture committees then combined their versions into one updated text, released July 22.
Senate Leader Thune scheduled this vote for September 15 at 2:15 PM ET. If 60 senators vote yes, the bill moves to full debate and then a final vote. If not, the bill is dead for 2026.
This is not a blockchain vote. It's a community headcount. We're showing senators how many XRP holders want this bill to pass. The bigger the number, the more pressure on the 7 Democrats we still need.
